House Rules

Smoking is not permitted indoors, but you can take advantage of the private terrace adjacent to the living room that was set up specifically for that purpose. Also, the apartment is really meant for two guests only. Airbnb has banned parties for apartment and condo listings, with penalties for both hosts and guests. We strive to comply as best we can with the platform’s rules and regulations, and we believe that in this particular instance these changes also align with safety and noise concerns from our immediate neighbors. As such, we kindly ask you not to host guests of your own beyond those listed in your initial reservation and to be mindful of creating noise after 11PM. Bringing total occupancy above two people without written agreement from your host will imply a 100 USD surcharge per guest per night independently of whether they sleep over, and may be grounds for immediate termination of your stay without any refund on the remaining nights of your reservation if we receive complaints from our neighbors arising from any gathering that may have taken place in the apartment.

If you are a couple (or a single) looking to stay in Roma Norte, this place can’t be beat. I have stayed in 4-5 airbnbs in CDMX so I know. First, check-in. I didn’t ask for an early checkin and texted when I landed so I had to kill an hour before security/doorman would let me in (fine by me). The doorman are the BEST. They let you in the gate and you can then deal with getting into the apartment without fumbling with keys and codes on the street. This was super important as I was single for 2 night. Inside the apartment is a nicely appointed junior one-bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms. A functional kitchen with some basic condiments and things. Nice patio to let some air in. Big comfy king bed. Great shower. I have stayed in so many airbnbs where the pictures are glossy but the place is not-rundown and dingy. THIS WAS NOT. And the location-it you are doing gringa Roma Norte this is the spot. Colima is the best street (stay off Obregón). Shopping is a problem 😂

Perfect place for a trip to CDMX! Less than a block away from great food and drinks. Felt very safe and had no issues accessing the apartment. Very clean. Would recommend it to a friend if they were visiting.

Andres's place is perfect if you want to enjoy Mexico City and the Roma Norte area. It's walkable to some of the best restaurants, local food vendors, shopping, and museums. The home was spacious and clean. The doorman are there 24/7 and are so accomdating. We checked in at 3am and he was still awake to assist us getting into the place. The only downside and it has nothing to do with the actual property itself is if you leave the windows open, mosquitos can come in. One evening we had a mosquito terrorizing my husband and I in the middle of the night because we left the window open. The fan helped with air circulation, and having a washer helped us before we went on our next part of our trip. Andres sent a very detailed "to do" guide weeks before our trip and it was so detailed and had great recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Andres is a wonderful host — very responsive and accommodating — and his place is excellent — located in a safe and lively neighborhood. The doormen are great too. Would definitely come back!

This is a very good AirBnB in an excellent location, with many famous cafes and coffeeshops at your doorstop. An extra bonus is that the bedroom is in the back of the flat, making for an extra quiet sleep. Andres provides high quality linens and towels and there is a washer/dryer, as advertised. The WiFi works great. There are the very basics for cooking but most people likely eat out -- it is Mexico City after all! There are also fans, a welcome addition as the city is more and more experiencing heat waves in the spring summer. There is 24-hour security with the doormen, who are very friendly. I would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Andres’ place. This was our first time in Mexico city. The location of his airbnb alone would make us come back again and again. It is in a great area. Walkable to many restaurants, stores and bakeries. We felt very safe and appreciate the quick response when we had questions. He made sure to check up on us too. Would highly recommend staying here!

My experience at Andres's apartment was absolutely delightful. The space was comfortable for the two of us and equipped with everything we could need. After days exploring, we enjoyed unwinding on the cozy chaise lounge in the living room, catching up on some TV. Felt secure thanks to the attentive doorman/guard. While the apt did get a little warm at times, the fan provided was perfect for keeping us cool, especially at night. Having a water filter in the kitchen was a much-appreciated. The location, was exceptional! Being in the heart of Roma Norte, with a coffee shop on the same block, had fantastic shopping, incredible restaurants and art galleries within easy reach. The famous bakery was just a block away. I couldn't have asked for a better location. We were also so grateful for Andres's prompt communication when we needed to reach him. The local recommendations he shared were helpful.

Fantastic apt in a wonderful location, close to all you will need and want to see. Communication was awesome before, during and after our stay. His local guidebook had a lot of really great local tips! Hope to return soon!
